The results show that the decompositon of mixed acid easily took place and the onset temperature of decomposition reaction for mixed system after the reaction is 113.3℃.

结果表明,混酸最易分解,在反应后的混合体系中热分解开始温度为113.3℃。

In this work, TA3 was etched in mixed acid in order to increase its surface roughness. Before the preparation of HA coating, a porous TiO_2 film was prepared on the surface of titanium by anodic oxidation method.

本项工作采用混酸刻蚀预处理对TA3试样进行表面粗糙化；制备HA涂层之前在钛基表面通过阳极氧化制备一层多孔TiO_2膜层，电解液成分主要是H_3PO_4、Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O和HF。
